We want you to feel confident buying from All Inclusive Websites. This policy explains our 7-day refund window and how it works with our step-by-step (incremental) delivery.
You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund for any work that has not yet been approved (see below). After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Your project — your website build and any GrowthPoints outcomes — is broken up into steps (increments). We complete one step at a time and send it to you to review.
Once you approve a step, that step is considered accepted and delivered — it is no longer eligible for a refund. Approval can be given in writing (for example, in your client portal, by email, or by confirming in a message).
This is because approved work is finished work: our team's time and the delivered assets for that step have been provided to you and are yours to keep.
Within the 7-day window, a refund covers only the value of steps that have not yet been approved. In practice:
Email hello@allinclusivewebsites.com or call (888) 755-0507 within 7 days. Tell us your order details and which steps are affected. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
