These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by All Inclusive Websites, operated by Bow Tie Kreative ("we", "us", "our"), based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We design, build, and maintain websites on a done-for-you basis. Your website is delivered for a one-time payment of $197, which includes design, build, launch, and unlimited updates to existing content. Additional new work is priced using GrowthPoints.
New work beyond your included website is priced by the outcome, not by the hour. Each outcome has a set GrowthPoints cost so your price is predictable. Some jobs are faster and some are slower, but the price is agreed before we start.
Work is delivered in steps (increments). You review and approve each step. Approving a step means it is accepted and complete. Please see our Refund Policy for how approvals affect refunds.
When your website is complete, you own it. You may export your site and content at any time. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. GrowthPoints are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in the Refund Policy.
You own the final delivered website and its content. Pre-existing tools, templates, and systems we use to build it remain ours.
Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
